He Just Wins

If you watch it happen enough, you are just going to have to fall down on your knees and worship this kind of talent. Only one can dominantly come back from a 7 shot deficit to start the final round in the final group. I mean he was tied for 20th coming into the weekend. A 5-way tie for the lead is not even an issue.

After making a 2 at the par 3 second hole, Woods never looked back. He captured the outright lead, shared it quietly at times and waited until the last hole and the last putt to claim the round, the tournament and the sport (just to make it clear).
Tiger Woods is, very confidently, undefeatable. He takes another tournament, extending his streak of wins to six. He wants an undefeated run into the majors and he wants to sweep them all in a Grand Slam. Who would argue? He is the master of his race. Either he sprints out ahead so fast no one can catch him or, he lingers in the pack, waiting for the front runners to sputter, smoothly rolling by onto the podium.

Tiger Woods wins the 2008 Arnold P. Invitational at -10 with a birdie putt on the last hole while Bart Bryant, sitting at -9, watched from the scoring tent. Bryant didn’t even feel the need to hit a few practice balls and prepare for a playoff.

G.O.A.T. If those four letters don’t describe Tiger’s career and clutch playing I don’t know what else would.

amazing I’m not a golf fan, but even I can appreciate this type of accomplishment. He’s probably one of the most clutch athletes ever.
