Cotto Didn’t Fight Smart Great fight for both guys but Cotto didn’t pound the body like he usually does. Plus he kept eating those uppercuts in the late rounds and it finally caught up to him.
Margarito did a great job busting his face open too. He took Cotto’s best shots and just kept coming.
Nice win.
props to Margarito his body shots were devastating. rarely do you see a fighter bleed first from the mouth but that was the case as Cotto took several shots to the core. it’s the best fight I’ve seen Pavlik Taylor entertainment wise and easily ranks up there with Top 10 in quality over the past 5 years simply because it was an 11th round comeback knockout. truly an instant classic!
