NBA won't suspend Kidd for Game 5 vs. Hornets

The NBA has ruled that Dallas Mavericks guard Jason Kidd will not be suspended or fined for Game 5 in New Orleans after his hard takedown of Hornets guard Jannero Pargo in Game 4.

Anderson Silva would be proud if that doesn’t warrant an ejection then I don’t know what does. does this mean that the same could be done to Kobe or Lebron (Haywood’s foul wasn’t as bad) and they wouldn’t be suspended either? this has double standard written all over it. -bB
