Jason Taylor is leaving the only NFL team he’s known, going from the Miami Dolphins to the Washington Redskins in a trade Sunday.

re: If the Skins can’t retain him after this season (his contract is up) then this is a terrible move. Until then though, it’s a good trade.

only a 2nd and a 6th? i never understand these things..like no teams wanting to trade a couple first round picks for Chad Johnson, etc..a 2nd and a 6th for Jason Taylor? talk about a deal..look at what happened when the Patriots got Randy Moss for a 6th round pick..more teams should gamble like this -The Answer

teams should trade picks if its one draft pick, i would make the trade. you dont know if that draft pick would turn out and the veteran your trading for his already a proven player. the 1st round pick would have to be paid the same if not more with guaranteed money anyway. i think a first rounder for a TO or moss is a fair trade. a 2nd a 6th for taylor is reasonable since he is not going to play longer than 2yrs.
