Rockets bid to hold Landry with qualifying offer

According to the NBA’s collective bargaining agreement, the qualifying offer establishes the Rockets’ right of first refusal. Restricted free agents may sign an offer with any team, but the Rockets have the ability to match any offer to Landry.
