Rooney: Decent game for him. He was very active and a nuisance as usual for the opposing defense.

Scholes: Average game for Paul. I still think him and Giggs need to retire after this season.

Park Ji-Sung: Terrible outing for him. I think he might be on his way out of Old Trafford. His strength, first touch and decision making were all very poor today.

Michael Carrick: I was never, and will never be a big fan of Carrick. Very slow and shies away from important tackles. Hargreaves should be his replacement.

Nani: Still needs to mature and fit into his role at United. It was good for him to get another match under his belt and build his experience

Anderson: Came off the bench. Is consistently getting better as the season progresses.

Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra and Brown: What can I say? These guys are solid. Another clean sheet for the boys in the back.

Van der Sar: Don’t think he broke a sweat. Could have ordered a sandwich back there.
