An interesting article exploring the rumor that Greek and Russian teams will pursue LeBron James when he becomes a free agent. Exposes the effects of our nation’s economic problems (a.k.a. the value of the dollar versus the Euro).

not gonna happen he must really think the dollar has sunk vs. the Euro or something. That dollar is not worthless, Lebron. Geez.

lebron’s camp leaked info supposedly it was people in lebron’s circle that leaked the possibility he would consider such offers. it would make lebron look really bad here because 1) he earns enough money through endorsements that this SHOULDN’T matter to him; and 2) people and players will consider him a coward for not trying to win a championship in the best league in the world (talent-wise). there are great players worldwide, but there’s no denying the NBA is the best league.

the dollar also, that contract would be equal to $50 million US dollars, something like $30 million euros. the dollar really is that bad right now.
