re: Granted, he’s not as great as people make him out to be. But he’s a good mid-range shooter for a big man and good on the boards. As long as he plays the 4 in the NBA next to a center who can take bigger/stronger players on D, he should be effective. Sadly, whatever team he’s drafted to will probably employ the Troy Murphy theory on him which basically says “well, if he’s that tall he MUST be a center…right?” That’s killing Murphy’s career and it would probably kill Love’s too.
