Will guard Davis be Baron of NY?

There is little doubt that the Knicks will shop for a point guard this summer, but at least one has come shopping for them. According to a person with knowledge of the situation, the Warriors’ Baron Davis has made inquiries into the interest of certain teams around the league, including the Knicks.

Wrong…. It doesn’t say they would trade Monta Ellis, but rather Monta Ellis will be a FA and sign a long-term deal with New York if the Knicks can move Marbury and free up cap space.

I would love it if New York drafted Kevin Love, traded Marbury and was able to sign either Baron or Monta.
