I think it is going to take one of them to step up and be a game time player. I really like the addition of Takeo Spikes to the niners defensive core. I think our defense will be much improved with the addition of Justin Smith, manny lawson's return, spikes, and willis will be even better. The raiders game was the first preseason game, it was ugly, so are most team's first preseason game. I hope the offense can come around, and maybe it can, but look at our first half schedule, it is quite difficult. It could be a very rough start.
