Etan Thomas

With Etan Thomas coming back, it looks like Brendan Haywood's stock will be falling again. What do you think?

re: Etan Thomas

I doubt Thomas will play much this season and if he does, the minutes will be low. He's recovering from open heart surgery! Not only is he out of shape, but also I doubt anyone wants to take a huge risk (of being "wrong") by giving him substantial PT by bringing him back too "early", only for him to have some sort of issue. Keep Haywood and play him as you normall would. sportsnut

He's had some good performances the last week. Do you think he's worth picking up? I need a PG. thanks! - Freddie Footballer

re: Sam Cassell?

If you're in dire need, then it is worth taking a flyer on Cassell if Conley and Nate Robinson are not available. The story is always the same with Casell -- get ready to bench/drop him when he gets hurt again. I would also keep an eye on both Cassell and D.Stoud as the trade deadline in the NBA nears; they could end up in good fantasy situations. sportsnut
