Should I hang onto Kaman?

Since the fantasy basketball playoffs are just around the corner, Chris Kaman is making me worry. It looks like the Clippers have no interest in playing Kaman too much, if at all. Is he worth keeping? I should probably wait a bit longer, just wanted to get your thoughts on this.

re: Should I hang onto Kaman?

I have him to. It depends on your roster flexibility (# bench slots, daily change league) and who else is out on the waivers. If you're firmly in the playoffs, then I'd hold on a little longer, but would drop him once the playoffs started if he didn't come back. If you need to make the playoffs, you might consider dropping him for Drew Gooden, Perkins or Dampier. Maybe even Big Z if he's floating on the free agent list (back in action now). sportsnut

re: Pick up Chucky Atkins?

Depends who you're going to drop. I wouldn't. He' simply hot right now and he won't continue to shoot this well or score this much. He's getting 25 min/g while shooting lights out. I say it drops to 20min/g when the bricks start coming. I'd keep an eye on Louis Williams in case Andre Miller's dings cause him to miss games. sportsnut
