Injury: Calvin Johnson leaves game

Lions WR Calvin Johnson came down hard on his back and banged his helmet while making a spectacular diving catch in the first half of the game between the Lions and the Eagles. As of the third quarter, there was no update on his status but he has not returned to the game.
