"Links" in blogs

I am new to your site, but not new to the blogging and user/blog sites...[columnist for screaming sports] and have found your site to grow both your traffic and mine However, when previewing the blog, the links appear to be functional, when submitted, the appear in the html text format {like the link below... as soon as it is functional (blogging feature) where I can manuever your site easily, I will add your site as a link and increase traffic (have about 75 hits a day on my personal blog...
