Shouts/Broadcasts?

I saw something up top about Reggie Bush, maybe use this space for Users to “Shout, Broadcasts” such as one-liners like: Colts gonna win MNF, etc. it would be like a horzontial ticket (left to right or right to left), first come first served in terms of when messages go across there and of course have an censored list.

Customized header messages.

All users can customize their header messages to say whatever they want. To do this, it's in the 'edit profile' tab of the Dashboard. Is this the space you were referring to?

No, Im talking about something of like a "Ticker" that is constantly changing/updating. Optional addititon but a cool one nevertheless.
