way to save unfinished articles

i just spent 1 hour writing a blog entry, accidentally clicked something then clicked back and it’s gone. needless to say, i probably won’t rewrite it.

RE: way to save unfinished articles

A "save" feature would not have helped in your particular situation as your post was never posted to the server. What we really need is some javascript to confirm you really want to navigate away from the page if there is some text in the input box.

not exactly but also yes

for this particular case, your assessment is accurate. i should be more specific... i had alot of text written. in such cases, i periodically save since i know "things happen", so that's why i posted about a save button. on the otherhand, if most users don't post content, then i can understand if a save button is not the top of the priority list. i'll just write long ones in a word doc and cut and paste into the blog box. thanks for the reply.

RE: not exactly but also yes

Yeah completely agree with you, a save draft button would definitely be nice to have. Saw you were in my Korea man, enjoy all the food!
