Here’s an idea to make the playoffs more interesting for the future.

Cut everyone’s ridiculous salaries and peg all incomes based on league minimum.
Pay out those millions to the winner of the playoffs.
Establish bonus compensations commensurate to contribution. (scoring/assisting/blocking/stealing/benchwarming etc etc).

Now the playoffs turn into dogfights once again.

we’ll see how apt the Spurs are to take cheap shots, ahem Bruce Bowen, with the Diesel patrolling the lane…-bB
