For spying on the Jets’ practices and stealing signal calls, the Pats were on Thursday fined $250,000, Bill Belichick $500,000 and will stand to lose a 1st round draft pick in ’08 if they make the playoffs, or a second or third round pick if they do not. They currently have two-first round draft picks for 2008.
