When should Isiah Thomas have been let go by the Knicks?

The Knicks should not have hired Thomas to become President of Basketball Ops in 2003.

After his failings in the front office, they should not have replaced Larry Brown with Thomas.

He should have been fired earlier this year due to performance/off-court controversies.

The time for him to go is now.

Give him some more time as coach.
