Where should free agent QB Derek Anderson go next year?

The Browns have indicated that Anderson will be a free agent, allowing Brady Quinn to be the starter next year. Other indications have Anderson staying with the Browns for ’08. Should he stay or should he go?

Trade Derek Anderson to Miami Parcells could trade his #1 overall pick for Derek Anderson and the Browns’ #1 pick this year.

Life w/o Braylon and Winslow Will Anderson be even half as effective w/o Edwards and Winslow? Not a chance.

I’m with NYSportsguy Cleveland is going to “high tender” Anderson, meaning that a team that wants him will have to 1) pay him $$$ 2) give Cleveland 1st and 3rd round picks. Miami should do this since they have a good nucleus of talent but no QB! -bB

Chad Pennington I see Chad Pennington possibly becoming the starter in Minnesota next year in 2008. He has an accurate arm, is still better and smarter than 70% of the QBs out there in the market today, and can execute the play action pass really effectively for Minnesota.

He would be the ideal fit for QB for the Vikings.

good stuff NYSG I overlooked Miami as a place that would welcome Anderson – good spot. Pennington’s time is definitely up as a starter in NY (with Clemens) so he has to be a potential target for the Vikes.
