With the NFL schedule out for the 2008-09 season, which teams look to be the new contenders in this parody -filled league for 2008? Will the same 12 teams who made the postseason last year, do it again this year?

Arizona Cardinals Don’t laugh. Seriously.
hmm don’t think any teams here will make it, so I’ll agree with Windz, IF they get more solid QB play. Basically they need to stay where they are at at the RB and WR position and improve elsewhere. If that happens, it’s not within the realm of impossibility.

Cleveland Browns Were 10-6 Last Year….. .....how do you see them getting any worse? They play in an AFC North where the Bengals are going to be w/o Chad Johnson and Chris Henry. Browns also improved alot defensively with the free agetns they picked up a few months back. The Steelers have the hardest schedule in the NFL next year, so expect them to be 8-8 at best. And the Ravens are terrible.
Cleveland seems to be the favorite to win the AFC North next year in my opinion.
Browns overachieved in 2007 They caught lightning in a bottle with Derek Anderson and Jamal Lewis. I mean, who woulda thunk it? They’re due to regress, especially if they take Anderson out for you know who. They do benefit from playing in a weak division. 9-7 is their final record, I say.
Redskins made it in! and they probably won’t make it next year. -bB
re: In response to the post a few posts above me, CJ is probably not going to be traded. The Bengals were without Chris Henry basically all year so I doubt that will affect them to lose their WR3. The Browns overachieved quite a bit, and I expect them to falter to a sub 500 record this year.
Anyways, I think Purple Jesus aka All Day Peterson will carry the VIkings into the playoffs.

Chad Johnson…. ....won’t play for Cincinatti next year. He said it himself yesterday. And Chris Henry is gone too.
T.J. Houshmanzadeh, by himself, isn’t a big as big a threat as with two other good WR’s to take some pressure off of him.
Right now the Bengals are screwed.
